Based in Cala Agulla, Mallorca, trobar is a sprawling multi-level dreamscape where you can socialise, eat, and drink, all while shopping our eclectic selection of curated artworks, objects, and furniture. trobar is the latest chapter in the evolving story of trobat.co. Like trobat, we are driven by the art of “the find”. This passion touches every part of the trobar experience. You’ll feel it, from the moment you walk through our doors into our restaurant, trobar gastronomy: our cocktails are like nothing you’ve ever tasted before, served in weird and wonderful “glassware” created in collaboration with artists, all of which is available to buy. Our menu takes the very best of South American cuisine and blends it with Mallorcan, and North American references, to create share plates that you should, but won’t want to share with anyone. Downstairs in the trobasement, you’ll explore our curated list of tequilas and mezcals, nestled in our seventies-style reupholstered vintage furniture (all sourced by our founder as part of the retrobat line). And you can vibe out in one of our listening pods to vinyl from the ‘60s and ‘70s, AKA, the perfect date night. Upstairs, on the rooftop trobar, watch the sunset over the rooftops below while you chow down on American-style bar snacks (think delicious hotdogs and gourmet burgers).
