It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for a restaurant experience with a twist. Upstairs is `rooftop trobar´, our outdoor rooftop terrace. On the rooftop is a little more casual, you can watch the sunset while you chow down on American-style bar snacks (think delicious hotdogs and gourmet burgers, all with a Mallorcan twist). `Rooftop trobar´ will open June 2024. Downstairs is the `trobasement´, our underground cocktail lounge. Here you’ll explore the world’s best tequilas and mezcals, nestled in our seventies-style reupholstered vintage furniture.
If you ask us, the perfect time in trobar is first experiencing the terrace with a drink at `rooftop trobar´, making your way downstairs to enjoy your lunch or dinner at `trobar gastronomy´, then ending the experience with drinks and a little boogie in `trobasement´. Reservations can be made for `trobar gastronomy´. You can book lunch or dinner Wednesday – Sunday 12:30pm – 4pm & 7pm – 11pm. Reservations are 90 minutes. `trobasement´ and `rooftop trobar´ are walk-in only, no prior reservation is possible. ‘trobasement’ is open Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday until midnight and on Friday & Saturday until 1am.
